In the 1990s Romana taught The Pulling Straps as a 4 count movement: 1. Inhale, pull the straps back. 2. Hold the breath, extend the thoracic spine forward and up. 3. Lower the spine. 4. Exhale lower the arms. The “T” was a 2 count movement: 1. Inhale pull the hands back to above the hips, extend the spine forwards (and a little higher than The Pulling Straps). 2. Exhale, lower the body and open the arms out.
