Keep your hands and feet warm to enhance circulation. The ends of the meridians are at the hands and feet. Ingest warm food and liquids. Add warming spices like ginger and cinnamon to your food and drink. Keep moving. Staying warm enhances circulation and helps your body not expend too much energy to stay healthy.
