Foot inchworms. Sit on a chair, knees 90 degrees. Starting with the left foot, press the tips of the toes down and pull the heel towards the toes doming the foot up. Keep the toes long as you dome the meta-tarsal arch. 5x. Then go backwards. Pull the toes towards the heel, plant the tips of the toes down and then bring the heel back. Inchworm back the foot. 5x. Repeat on the other foot.
