New Year’s Health

Sleep is an important part of staying healthy and looking good. If you lack sleep or are stressed your tummy can get puffy and distends out (they call it “cortisol belly”). It is very obvious with some of my clients.  I can tell when they have not slept well or are stressed. This will dimish your ability to use your center. Lacking sleep interferes in hormones and can increase the urge to eat and snack more. So the key to performance is getting enough sleep. When I have a consultation with Dr. Wonson for acupuncture, I can pull in my belt 2 more holes after the session, as well as feeling calm!
