Release the neck

Eve Gentry had a nice movement to release a tense neck. Lie on you back. Draw tiny circles with your nose (diameter about 1/4 of an inch or a couple of mms). This is nice to do after performing the Teaser on the Cadillac and the One Hundred.

Healthy neck: free the arms

One way to help reduce tension in the neck and shoulders is to learn to move the hands, forearms, upper arms and shoulders independently of each other. During the day circle your hands, spreading and closing the fingers sequentially. Then try to circle the forearm around the upper arm at the same time circling the hand.  Next try to move the upper arm separate of the shoulder and the lower arm and hand, much like Hula or Indonesian dancing. Enjoy!

A cause of heart disease: inflammation

https://www.jewsnews.co.il/2013/08/27/world-renowned-heart-surgeon-speaks-out-on-what-really-causes-heart-disease/

A phenomenal article written by a heart surgeon. Integrative Medicine doctors, Chinese Medicine doctors and Chiropractors have been talking about this for over a decade.  It is nice to see a heart surgeon discuss inflammation as a factor in heart disease, and thus address the problems of a high carbohydrate diet.  Inflammation causes the blood vessel walls to be rough, inflamed and form divots, cholesterol fills in the divots.  Therefore, cholesterol is a result of inflammation. Having balanced meals with veggies, protein and only a few complex carbs, some oils like olive oil, (plus exercise, sleep and reduce stress) is one part of a healthy heart.
