Kryzanowska used to say “Top of the shoulders in line with the (front) edge of the carriage.” Try to sit on your sit bones. Lift up and over (forwards) in the elongated Spine Stretch position, energy reaching out through the crown of the head. Do not sink into your lower back (which can be bad for the discs, and dysfunctional dura, it can block the rhythm of the spinal fluid flow between the sacrum and cranium and can cause unhealthy neural tension).
