Come join Jennifer Stacey’s Reformer Class on Wednesday, September 28  from 3 – 4 pm. Gems from Ron Fletcher, Kathy Grant, Romana Kryzanowska and other Elders will be integrated into the classic repertoire. Emphasis will be given to proper biomechanics for a deep workout. Great fun!

Jennifer Stacey, MS, is an exercise physiologist, biomechanist, and second generation Pilates teacher, CPT. She was lucky enough to study from Romana, Ron, Kathy and Eve and has enjoyed teaching Pilates teachers around the world for 28 years.
