Would you like the opportunity to take private Pilates’ sessions with world renown teacher’s teacher, Second Generation Pilates Teacher, Jennifer M. Stacey, MS? Jennifer will be offering sessions by appointment via Skype on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays. Jennifer Stacey, MS, is an exercise physiologist, biomechanist, and second generation Pilates teacher, CPT. Jennifer was lucky enough to study from Romana, Ron, Kathy and Eve and has enjoyed teaching Pilates teachers around the world for 28 years. Ron Fletcher traveled to SF to take private sessions from Jennifer. Kathy Grant took workshops from Jennifer and gave her permission to teach her work. You can learn the many gems from the Pilates Elders. You can take a variety of sessions using all of the Pilates Apparatus, including the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ped-u-pol, Toe Corrector, Foot Corrector: Classic work, including the transitions. Cues and skills from Romana Kryzanowska, Kathy Grant, Ron Fletcher, Eve Gentry. Corrective work, recovery and prevention of injury. Skills inspired by Moshe Feldenkrais, Physio-synthesis(r) to prepare your body to perform Pilates successfully.
