Carola Trier used to work extensively with the feet. Here is her pinky ball skill: Place a pinky ball under the 5th metatarsal head, the heel is on the ground. Lift up the toes, then lower the toes, forming them long around the ball. You are trying to see the 5th “knuckle.” 2x. Repeat under each metatarsal head. She had you do this so she could see all of the “knuckles” on the Reformer footbar.
