		<description>Dear Tanya,
I tried sending you an email 2 times and the email got returned. Is there another email I can send you information to?
You can download the flyer from the website. I will post the registration form on the website retreats section peakperformancepilates.com/retreats. Due to popularity we may be adding a second week - the last week in June. Let me know if you are interested in those dates as well. Here is the information I put in the email: Dear Tanya,

Thank you for your interest in the Pilates + Vacation in July. I have attached the flyer and registration form. Here is the information.
The retreats are truly wonderful experiences. I offer a comprehensive in depth study of the Pilates Method located in a gorgeous setting. I have been fortunate to have studied from many of the Master Pilates’ Elders so I teach the work of Kathy Grant, Romana Kryzanowska, Ron Fletcher, Eve Gentry and many other professionals as well as Feldenkrais and Physio-synthesis inspired skills. The workshop is usually based on the request of the attendees. We probably will be doing a workshop on the shoulder and scapula, and also how to address certain injuries. The participants are a really nice group of people, and eager to learn. We have a lot of fun. I tend to be available for ongoing Pilates questions from the participants all year round (via email).

This year we are having the retreat at a farmhouse located in the Perigord Noir (Dordogne region), Southwest France between Cahors and Bergerac and between the Dordogne and Lot rivers. The retreat is inclusive of accommodations, food, beverages, wine that are served at the house, 5 - two hour Pilates classes, and a Pilates workshop. The classes will be from Monday - Friday. Private and extra semi-private sessions can be requested for an extra fee. We may have Pilates apparatus at the farmhouse. We also have an opportunity to have a class at a Pilates studio in Bergerac if the participants would like to do so. The delicious menus will be created based upon the restrictions and requests of the participants. After the Pilates classes, people can relax at the house (swimming, playing petanque or ping pong), or go out and explore the area which is considered one of the most beautiful regions in France. You can go out together or on your own. We will recommend where you can rent bicycles, canoes or kayaks. There are good market towns in the region. It is renown for its spectacular prehistoric caves, its bastide walled towns, castles, forests and magnificent rivers.
You can arrive on a Saturday or Sunday and we leave on a Saturday. June 30 – July 7. The retreat is in great demand and we may add a week, the last week in June. We have already added another house for people to stay in.
I will provide details later on how to get to the farmhouse. Many participants are traveling by car. There is an airport in Bergerac, Bordeaux and Toulouse. The TGV does go to Bordeaux. There is a second line that also travels just east of the house. There are trains that cross the area. If needed, someone can pick you up at a station.
Depending on how the group wants to arrange themselves in the houses, the maximum number of guests is 8-12 people (although the first house holds up to 12 people). We have added another house to the retreat that is a short walking distance from the one pictured in the flyer. Depending on the number of guests, we can negotiate a rate for partners who want to come but do not want to attend the Pilates sessions.

The fee is an affordable 1200 euros until May 1. After May 1 it is 1300 euros.

Here are some websites on the area:  http://www.pays-de-bergerac.com/pages/galerie2/flickr/pays-des-bastides.htm
Information on the closest town Villefranche du Perigord. http://www.best-of-perigord.tm.fr/communes/villefranche-p/vdpuk.html
Tripadvisor.com has pictures and videos posted on its website of the Dordogne region that are nice.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Thank you for your time and attention.

<description>An individual owns the archives, so no one can see it unless you watch Brett&#039;s lectures. MAry Bowen and now Power Pilates both have dvds of some of the archives that have been out in the public. Utube also has some fun Joe and Clara Pilates videos that come from Mary&#039;s dvd.</description>
