Durango winter scene

Winter has arrived so follow our winter credo: Eat warm foods, and foods that warm you like spices such as ginger, cinnamon, pepper. Wear scarves to keep your neck muscles warm. Keep those feet and hands warm by covering them and moving them, to help with circulation. The One Hundred breathing warms you up instantly. Back breathe to increase your energy, and tap on the energy point that is on top of your head, above our ears.  Move! Pilates warms you from the inside out! Walk and increase your activity.
